Toolkits

PPCC Toolkits provide resources for families and caregivers. Pediatric palliative care is the active, total approach to care, embracing physical, emotional, social and spiritual elements. It focuses on enhancement of the quality of life for the child and support for the family. It’s important to have resources that allow medically fragile children to live their lives as fully as possible and for families and caregivers to have tools at their fingertips. PPCC Toolkits can provide that extra layer of support. PPCC is developing new topics including Bereavement, and Family Support. Look for these soon.
