The Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition of Connecticut is a state-based coalition founded by a group of interdisciplinary clinicians and volunteers with a passion for assuring that every child and family in need of palliative care services has access to those resources. Established in 2023, the PPCC-CT has quickly grown through a partnership with the Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition of Pennsylvania (PPCC-PA) and a generous grant from the Kanarek Family Foundation.
Our aim is to advance palliative care services for Connecticut’s children (prenatal to 21 years) and their families through advocacy, access to quality care, expanded resources and education by fostering collaborative partnerships among healthcare professionals, state entities and the community.
