Caring for a child with medical complexity affects the whole family, especially with the intensive care that is often needed. This leaves caregivers with little time or energy to seek out support as they juggle other responsibilities. Finding the right resources can feel impossible and overwhelming. That’s why PPCC is committed to building a supportive community that helps families access what they need, so they can spend more time focusing on what truly matters: being with their family.
The Resource Matching Program (RMP) is designed to support parents and caregivers of children with both complex medical conditions (CMC) and intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) by connecting them with reliable, relevant resources. Families can access a variety of existing PPCC resources free of charge, including the PPC Webinar Series, Firefly Chats, PPCC Toolkits and Resource Map.
